At Valve, we're always striving to make our products better. We've traditionally relied on things like written feedback from players to help decide which improvements to focus on. More recently, Steam has allowed us to collect more information than was previously possible. Episode Two includes a reporting mechanism which tells us details about how people are playing the game. We're sharing the data we collect because we think people will find it interesting, and because we expect to spot emergent problems earlier, and ultimately build better products and experiences as a result. 	Play Doctor In a team with no Medics, be the first person to switch to Medic after a teammate calls for 'Medic!', and then heal 500 health.	25%

	Medic Milestone 1 Achieve 10 of the achievements in the Medic pack.	22.5%

	Group Health Work with 2 other Medics to deploy 3 simultaneous ÜberCharges.	21%

	Hypocritical Oath Kill an enemy Spy that you have been healing.	20.3%

	Sawbones Hit enemies with your bonesaw 5 times in a row without dying or missing.	19.3%

	Infernal Medicine Extinguish 100 burning teammates.	17.8%

	Intern Accumulate 7000 heal points in a single life.	15.3%

	Grand Rounds Heal 200 teammates after they've called for 'Medic!'.	14.5%

	Consultation Assist a fellow Medic in killing 5 enemies in a single life.	14.5%

	First Do No Harm Play a full round without killing any enemies, and score the highest on a team of 6 or more players.	14.3%

	Medic Milestone 3 Achieve 22 of the achievements in the Medic pack.	14.2%

	Placebo Effect Kill 5 enemies in a single life, while having your ÜberCharge ready, but undeployed.	13.8%
